Example of algorithm performing zoom out (pixelation) of image with profile (high frequencies) preservation. Original model created with AI. Software in Python.
Description: the filter is similar to Photoshop mosaic filter, but preserving edges and fine scale details. It is artistic, and may have potential compression advantages. The original code was written in Pascal and later C. The current code was created and executed by ChatGPT from scratch in Python, following my carefully detailed prompts.
